Shipping & Return

Shipping Fee & Delivery Domestic Shipping:

Knit Shirt Co. offers free delivery for delivery within Thailand.
Customers will be able to trace the shipment from the shipping company website.

International Shipping:

Knit Shirt Co. offers customers with EMS international shipping.
Customers will be able to trace the shipment from the shipping company website.

Exchange, Return & Refund Products purchased in Thailand

Products can be exchanged/returned at the store or shipped back to Knit Shirt Co. within 7 days of purchased or 7 days after the shipment has been received by the customers.
To return by shipping please contact knitshirtco@gmail.com and wait for our reply confirmation of return acceptance.
Sales product purchased are final and are not applicable for return.
The products could only be exchanged or returned in a perfect condition without being washed or worn with label affixed, the original package and the invoice/receipt.
In case the product shipped back does not reach Knit Shirt Co. or does not meet all the conditions stated above, we would not be able to refund the payment back.
Refund for the product returned will be processed within 1 week after the products are received by Knit Shirt Co. through the method the customers have made the payment.

Products purchased outside Thailand

As Knit Shirt Co. will always carefully check the product’s quality and condition before shipping and the limitation in returning or exchanging the product outside of Thailand, the shipment fee would have to be taken care by the customer.
To return by shipping, please contact Knit Shirt Co. and wait for our reply confirmation of return acceptance.
Products can be exchanged or returned 7 days after the shipment has been received by the customers.
